We had a hell of a lot of fun making this one, it was alot less fun to edit but I did it, >1hour of UKotaku for your listening pleasure.

This show has taken along time to produce as we (myself and Jade) have been moving in to our new house. Now we are settled and are ready to bring you more otaku flavoured goodness from the heart of the UKotaku.

This week we had a fairly short show. Due to no internets at the new UKotaku HQ (should be installed next week) we had not Skype-ins or Podsafe Music for your listening pleasure.

We finally managed to get show 4 online. And we think this ones a good 'un! We talked a bit about undubbing and alot about Mika Nakashima. We also discussed some news about gaming, tech, UK anime releases, stabbings (thanks Matt) and a load of other interesting stuff too. Plus some awesome new Japanese tunes from the pod safe music network.

Another show for you! Matt is away in America right now so he was sadly absent from the show, however Jade, Louise and myself filled the void with our usual blend on nonsense and the occasional fact.

Jade gave us her extended report on the recent Miyavi concert in London and I talked a little bit about the upcoming game release Mirror's Edge, amongst other things. Thanks to Louise being present this show also saw the welcome return of "Weeaboo Word of the Week".

We also launched the first official UKotaku Competion: The UKotaku Pika Pika Competition.

Show 6 sees the triumphant return of Matt after his mighty American conquest, he speaks a bit about his amazing journey into the heart of the new world. We also had Jade and Louise with us to discuss anime and other otaku related stuffs. Darlo was supposed to join us but was unfortunately cut short by noisy children and left us before we had a chance to speak with him. I chatted a little about my new website (http://ukotaku.net/rokaru) and we also launched our brand new karaoke competition!

This show featured n00j (John), Girutaku (Jade) and sum0 (Matt) in a state of some confusion due to extensive drinking the night before and lack of sleep. This show we talked at great length about the internet, from our first experiences to present day. We felt this was a subject dear to all of hearts and enjoyed a trip down the memory super highway (ahahah, getit?).
Myself, Girutaku and Sum0 were joined this week by super special guest Briggy from the MGAC podcast.

This is another Jadetastical Musicaloid Speshiru. This time Jade talks about going to London to see Plastic Tree and the recent "Taste of Chaos" gig in Norwich featuring MUCC. We also managed to drag Sum0 out of bed for long enough to speak to us and got Briggy of MGAC involved again too.

We are back! After a long break and some serious changes UKotaku is back with "Season 2" and whole new era of podcasting for your listening pleasure. We have now joined forces with the mighty MGAC to bring you a whole new angle of otaku flavoured goodness. This week myself (n00j) and Briggy chatted a bit about where the show will go from here, a little about anime, gaming and our new super secret podcast project.
Sorry about the quality, Briggy is a bit low in the mix and my mic sucks right now, but due to geography we are having to record our podcasts over Skype and I am not quite used to the recording software yet, I promise next show will be up to our usual standard of audio perfection (well as much as Skype can provide anyway)

Series 2 Xmasu Special! We talked about our expected / known xmasu gifts, packed in two whole in-depth anime reviews and talked at great length about Fallout 3.
We also introduced out newest member of the ota-crew; Monty. This probably female welsh-taku astounded us with the size of her ota-brain providing in-depth insight into anime and general otaness. Monty we salute you!
And as always we played a selection of Japanese new-music, not forgetting a cheesey xmasu number of course!

This episode I left the good ship Yuko in the capable hand of Captain Briggles who a good hours worth of meandering otaku based chit-chat. The show was harder to edit than usual (thanks guys) and plagued by some very odd technical difficulties, that will teach me to skive off...
The guys (and gals) chatted alot about games and a little about manga and anime too, plus we broke the chatter with our usual choice pick of the PSMN.

This show is special for oh so many reasons! And not just cos of our usual "special" cast, we had a brand new member in the form of Thom Sweeting! 
Plus this is the last podcast before our live show at ALcon and marks the official running out of Japanese podsafe music, seeing us move into the realms of some excellent British and American bands.
Not only that but this show is the first show since the new UKotaku website design and we talk about that too! Wow, so much special in just one download...

This show was a super special report on the ALcon happening at this year's event. Myself (n00j), Briggy and Monty invited a whole load of people to chat with us including staff, gophers and attendees.
We hope that this show will be fun for those that attended and a call to all our no attending listeners to get themselves to ALcon next year, or pop down to AL Club London and see what all the fuss is about for yourselves.
Due to the clusterfucky nature of having so many ppl on Skype audio quality is a little lower than usual, with some glitchy bits (but hey, that's better than itchy tits!)
